Methods of Payment

We accept payments by the following methods:

• Visa/MasterCard (see below for details on PayPal's accepted cards and security policy)
• Money Orders
• Personal Cheques (made payable to Kent Ambulance Service Benevolent Fund)
• Cash (please note that customers paying by cash do so at their own risk)

Customers paying by Mail Order are asked to send details of their order and payment to this address.

PayPal Cards & Security

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal's using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to PayPal, it's server checks that you're using an approved browser that supports the SSL protocol.

Small order fee

There is a minimum order of £5.00 GBP when buying direct from our website using the PayPal system. If your order is less than £5.00 then please select the 'Small order fee' button before proceeding to the checkout. Should an order be placed that is less than £5.00 and the buyer did not select the 'Small order fee', the buyer will be refunded the full amount and asked to re-submit their order including the 'Small orderfee'.

Delivery

Your items will be posted by Royal Mail first class delivery upon receipt of payment. In the event of payment by personal cheque, there will be a slight delay on your order being dispatched as cheques generally take 3-4 working days to clear at the receiving bank. Please note that if you intend on buying 5 or more models then please fill out this form to enquire about discount rates.
